There are some special notice for adjusting the ultrasonic plastic welding machine.

1. When adjusting the resonance oscillation, the changing of the ampere, does not mean the change of the output power, it only means the resonance degree between the generator and the transducer. (The smaller ampere, the better resonance), if want more output power, can choose different kind of rods. (15Khz machine can also adjust the amplitude adjusting switch, but remember must not adjust it when the ultrasonic is on, to avoid be attacked by the high voltage.)

2. If there is no-load, the showing of the amplitude means the degree of the resonance, if load on the showing means the output power.

3. During adjusting, if the overload light on, must leave the “ultrasonic test” button immediately, after 5 minutes, adjusting the resonance screw, then do ultrasonic test again.

4. The right way for resonance adjusting is very important, once can not get the ideal effect, pls check the error with the fault detect list related, do not insist on the adjusting in wrong way, or will break the machine.
