In the process of ultrasonic plastic welder welding, in order to get the best welding effect and at the same time to protect the machine at the best status, the resonance oscillation between the generator and the transducer is very important.

1. Before adjusting, make sure the horn and rods are be fixed tightly, when do the resonance oscillation adjusting, the horn can’t touch other goods.

2. Turn on the power, then the power indicator light on.

3. Press the “ultrasonic test” button, and eyes on the amplitude meter (also eyes on the ampere meter, if the pointer over than 30% of total or over 2A, then the time of each testing , means the pressing of the button, should be very short, means you need to press and leave the button very fast.), adjust the oscillation screw to make the amplitude pointer to indicates the most left position, always around 5%~15% of the meter or during 300MA-900MA.

4. As usually, there is a limitation of the ultrasonic welder, so the adjusting range of the screw and only be a whole turning, so if the difference of the frequency is large, for example: 15KHZ and 20KHZ, need to open the generator cover and loose the fixer for adjusting.
