To reach higher productivity, the distance between horn and the plastic should be short, but at the same time also need to leave enough distance for put and pick up the plastic parts.
1. Put the plastic part into the bottom mould and adjust the air pressure around 2 KG, use the switch of horn raising to adjust the mould.
2. Get the right distance between the horn and the plastic part then fixed it.
3. Adjust the position limit screw to make there’s still a space around 0.2mm after the mould followed and pressed the plastic part. (If need deeper welding then this space should even be larger)
4. Adjust the welding time, the holding time and the pressure accordingly then start to test the weld effect.
5. Check the welding parts, if there is uneven welding, then need to fine adjust the balance of the bottom mould, the principle is if too much welding then the mould should be adjust to be lower, or put some paper under the mould at the opposite sides to make it higher to make the plastic and the horn in good touching.
