As the name suggests, the hot cutting machine means that the blades should be heated. This sort of cutting machine is much easier. Generally most of the factories have their own design, for example, the heater band, the length of fuse, two holders, and the usage of the holders to stretch the fuse tightly. After that, heat the fuse just via the heater band, and then we can use it to cut the silk ribbons when the fuse gets red. Our current hot cutting machine adopts the same design principles except for increasing some relative protection measures. Because of the heating, the chemical fibre ingredients in the silk ribbons will be coal carbonization even burning. The cutting position of the ribbons will be black.

The hot cutting machine is suitable for cutting the ribbon that needs to be sealed but without serious requirements about the appearance of the end products, such as the black pp silk ribbon.
