1. Operation should be conducted only under permission and proper supervision.
2. All possible safety measures should be equipped well before operation.
3. Avoid restarting if the machine stops for no reason.
4. Check if somebody works to make other adjustments before starting the machine.
5. All tools should be returned to the original place and other partner should be noticed by ringing the bell.
6. Earplugs should be used if the noise is too much.
7. Avoid putting hand on the turning parts of the digital printing machine and don't recline on the machine.
8. All adjustments by man below the machine should be avoided after the machine is running.
9. Don't try to coat the ink skin or scraps of paper from the plate or roller.
10. Don't wipe the roller or rubber roller when the machine is running.
11. Don't rescue the paper.
12. Fold the cloth well in case it gets caught in the machine when applying the cloth. Don't try to pull back the cloth if
there is an accident.
13. Check if the printing plate is loosen from the roller regularly.
14. Apply the correct lubrication tools and lubricants for maintenance.
15. Lubrication should be carried out strictly and constantly.
16. During the maintenance and repairement, the total power should be closed and make sure that all parts are fastened
securely to avoid the danger of sudden falling.
