Fabric can’t be cut;

1. Machine speed is too fast;

2. No paper tape or film is filled up;

3. Pressure inefficient;

4. Pattern roller or bottom mould 

worn out; 

1. Reduce speed properly;

2. Fill up paper tape or film;

3. Increase pressure properly;

4. Replace with new pattern roller 

or grind the bottom mould. 

Some holes can’t be punched;

Half side can’t be punched; 

1. Pattern roller is installed leanly;

2. The surface of the bottom mould

 is not level; 

1. Readjust pattern roller;

2. Readjust the surface of bottom mould;

1. Speed governing circuit failed;

2. Copper sheet on control circuit

 board of motor short circuit;

3. Coil of motor burnt out;

4. Motor idles or driving part is stuck;

1. Check or replace with speed circuit board 

or control box;

2. Check circuit and solve the problem;

3. Replace motor;

4. Check transmission parts from motor or  pattern 

roller to horn and the motor’s gearbox;

1.Speed governing circuit failed;

2. Coil of motor burnt out;

3. Speed governing circuit failed

1. Check or replace with speed circuit board 

or control box;

2. Replace motor’s speed governing circuit coil;

3.Check the circuit;

1. The horn failed;

2. Piezoelectric wafter damaged;

3. Frequency of generator can’t

 be tracked;

4. Fuse of ultrasonic generator 

broken; 

1. Replace the horn;

2. Replace the piezoelectric wafter;

3. Adjust current slightly or to minimum;

4. Replace fuse;
