As the picture indicates, with input power 220V, 50/60Hz, the ultrasonic generator begins to work. It will boost the electrical
frequency to 20KHZ, i.e. The electrical current 20KHz from the ultrasonic generator will pass the transformer and the transformer
will convert the mechanical energy into vibration energy, at the same time, the horn will adjust the amplitude and output the vibration
energy on the anvil of the bottom mould.
The rotation of the horn and the pattern roller are driven by two sets of speed adjustable motors. After the pattern roller is pressed down, it contacts the working surface of the bottom mould. When there is fabric between the
pattern roller and the ultrasonic waves, the appointed part on the pattern roller will receive the 20KHz ultrasonic wave and perform
the cutting, welding and melting,etc, whereas the dent part on the pattern roller, undertaking no pressure, will keep the fabric remain
the same. Thus the patterns on the fabric will be formed by the pattern roller.
