Characteristics
1. This machine is equipped with automatic pneumatic feeding device. The maximum weight is 260KG. It is very convenient to operate.
2. This machine is equipped with wide belt synchronous transmission device and two sets of gear-type speed-adjusting tension devices. It can ensure the slitting precision. Also, a device for fabric two-side conversion is equipped.
3. This machine is equipped with spiral break device. Gear-type speed-adjusting device can adjust itself from 10cm to 60cm. There is no need to change the gear for adjustment. The distance between the line can be equipped with PLC programming and servo control, thus the perforation and the distance can be adjusted freely.
4. The machine is equipped with pneumatic round blade cutting device. It’s convenient to adjust the size. The performance is stable and the cutting edge is smooth.
5. The installation and discharging of the unwinding and rewinding units are very convenient.
6. Equipped with pneumatic lifting device for both the traction and slitting device.
7. Equipped with air-shaft rewinding device. The rewinding is neat. This machine can produce products with core or without core.
