Regarding ultrasonic plastic products welding, there are three key factors that affect the final welding result. They are products material, the design of the welding line and the design of the welding products.
Once you decide to use ultrasound for your products welding, you should take these three key factors into account. If not, no matter how great the machine you use, you can not solve the problem and or get the desired result.
For the products material, you should choose the material within the melting point by ultrasound, for example,ABS, PC, PP etc.
For the design of welding line, the welding line is the part which ultrasonic melting should work on, so there’re usually two basic design ways, i.e. energy-oriented or shear design.
For the design of the welding products,you need to consider airtight or water tight after welding, the appearance after welding, at the same time you need to avoid plastic melting and squeeze out.
