Non-woven fabric is a fabric formed withou spinning or weaving. With the textile staple fibers or filaments randomly arranged or oriented, the web structure can be formed. After that, using mechanical, thermal or chemical methods such as adhesive reinforcement, the non-woven fabric can be made. Nonwoven is charcaterized by its short process, production speed, high output, low cost, versatile application, sources of raw materials, etc.
It has make a breathrough against traditonal textile principles.
Its application is as follows,
(1)Medical and healthcare non-woven fabrics: surgical clothing, protective clothing, disinfectant cloth, masks, diapers, civilian cloths, wipes, wet towel, magic towel, Counting Towel Roll, beauty products, sanitary napkins, health care pads, and disposable hygiene cloth;
(2)Non-woven home decoration: carpet, wall covering paste, tablecloths, sheets, bedspreads, curtains, scouring pads, mops, etc;
(3)Non-woven clothes: lining, interlining, flakes, stereotypes cotton, various synthetic leather fabric, etc; (4) non-woven fabrics for industrial use; car roof sheeting, filter materials, insulation materials, packing bag, geotextiles, coated fabrics and so on;
(5)Non-woven agriculture: crop protection cloth, cloth seedlings, irrigation cloth, insulation curtain, etc.
(6)Military nonwovens: high-performance fiber body armor, Caqiang cloth, military, etc.
