For client’s convenience, when this machine reaches your place, the installation and the commission must have been completed .
Here are some instructions for the clients to know about the installation in case that some extra work should be done if it is needed.
Installation of the Pattern Roller
To assemble or disassemble the pattern roller is as follows,
*When installing the pattern roller, raise up the pattern roller support, loosen M8 locking nut, take out the left wall plate towards
the left side from the moving groove, insert the right axle end ( with longer axle) of the pattern roller into the axle hole of the sprocket
hung on the chain and the bearing hole of the eccentric wheel. Rotate the pattern roller to make the pin on the sprocket insert into
the pin hole on the pattern roller.
*Put the left movable wall plate into the moving groove, put the left axle end of the pattern roller enter into the bearing hole and tighten the M8 locking nut.
*Rotate the pressing wheel and check if the pattern roller runs normally.
Adjustment of Balance of the Pattern Roller
Turn the pressure adjustment wheel to let the pattern roller support down. Check if the outer circle surface of the pattern roller is in
parelle to the anvil of the bottom mould. Adjust the M6 screw on the right wall plate of the patter roller support and make the outer
circle surface of the pattern roller full contact with the anvil of the bottom mould, then tighten the M6 screw.
Adjustment of Pressure of the Pattern Roller
Turn the pressure adjustment wheel to make pressure on the pattern roller. The pressure that the pattern roller needs depends on
the materials and thickness of the fabric. Usually, fabric with thick texture and less chemical fiber needs more pressure. Pressure
can be adjusted to the extent that the fabric is just cut down. Spacial caution is that excess pressure will make the pattern roller
and the bottom mould worn out easily.
