Maintenance Requirement for Ultrasonic Quilting Machine
1. Lubricate the bearings of the pattern roller and rubber roller.
2. Whenever there is something abnormal in operation, shut down the machine in time.
When shutting down the machine, remmenber to shut down the generator first and then the motor.
3. One hour break is needed after the machine has run for 8 hours.
Cautions
1. Preheating is necessary before the machine begins to work.Turning on the generators and pressing the test button
to warm up the machine for several minutes before the machine begins to work.
2. It is prohibited to disassemble the generator unit.
3. When you get the ultrasonic quilting machine, all the ultrasonic generators are adjusted well before they go out of
the factory. It is prohibited to change them. Any random change may cause damage to the relevant parts.
4. Electric cabinet should be grounded for the safety.
5. It is prohibited to load the material manually when the machine is on running condition.
